Case scenario

Davey is a 32-year-old man with a stressful job that requires him to travel often. Previously he had very few issues with indigestion and heartburn except for when he overindulges in spicy food. Over the last few months his symptoms of indigestion and heartburn have increased in frequency, and he is using more antacids, than previously, to manage his symptoms. However he hasn’t found them to be effective. His heartburn is detracting from his job performance, so he would like advice on a better solution.
